I’m Steve Kaminsky, and I appreciate you being here as we explore together the transformative power of breath.​


Five years ago, I was introduced to formal breathwork, and since then, I've been fueled by curiosity, practicing and experimenting with various modalities and techniques. Through firsthand experience, I've discovered the incredible benefits of breath awareness and breath control. Whether dealing with the stress and pressure of the fast-paced worlds of finance and technology, or seeking focus in a world of distractions, breathwork has been a steadfast companion. It has become an indispensable tool for stress management, finding flow, and optimizing overall well-being.

Two things about breathwork have always resonated with me: first that we breathe a lot, so minor improvements can have a meaningful impact, and two, when a physiological process is both automatic and controllable, it holds immense value to explore awareness at the least, and harness its potential at most. Delving deeper into the science of breathwork and exploring various techniques has allowed me to put these beliefs into practice, and I'm excited to share that knowledge with you.​


I have found tools in this kit to improve sleep, gain clarity and confidence before a big meeting, feel warm in an ice bath, find legs in a final marathon stretch, and even unlock old memories. Breathwork is an ongoing practice, and I continue to deepen my appreciation for its transformative potential, as well as really explore the “work” part of breathwork.

I live in New York City, and while I love the energy and diversity of the Big Apple, I find solace and joy in nature. When Im not working on my breath, I am likely working in my professional sphere which touches on the intersection of traditional finance and digital asset technology. And when I am not working at all, you can find me running in Central Park, playing tennis, shooting hoops, unwinding on the beach, or ideally traveling somewhere amazing with my awesome wife.


Im grateful you are here and look forward to learning more about you and what brought you in. My mission is to share the unique potential of breathwork with others, empowering individuals to tap into their own inner resources and find optimization in whatever they are doing.
