Hello and welcome.

Breathwork is a powerful holistic practice that has been used for centuries to manage stress, promote relaxation, enable emotional release, and enhance mental and physical well-being. Through intentional breathing techniques, we can harmonize the mind and body.

While of course we breathe automatically, it is also something we can control. That connectivity between the conscious and subconscious is a power worth harnessing. My goal is to help you harness it, in the ways that best serve you.​ ​​

My name is Steve and I am a certified breathwork practitioner. Together, we will develop a personalized approach to breathwork that is tailored to your individual goals, experience, and preferences. We begin with awareness, move towards control, and eventually find real optimization.


Breathing is a fundamental aspect of our lives - we do it over 20,000 times a day - and there are countless ways to approach it. No single technique or modality is universally perfect. That's why our work together will emphasize the exploration and discovery of optimal practices and sustainable strategies fit to your unique needs. Through breathwork, we can recalibrate, release, and even reprogram, unlocking new levels of potential and vitality.
